Improvements to this 1970's era retail center included a façade treatment of reverse-pitched awnings and an eye-catching walkway cover on the freeway-facing corner of the center. Exposed painted structural steel elements contrast with wood planks, CMU walls, and colorful signage, greatly enhancing its curb appeal.
